Delivery Areas  

We provide shipping across all areas in India. International deliveries are not supported at this time.  

Order Processing  

Once your order is confirmed, it is generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email with full order details.  

Estimated Delivery Time  

Standard delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, ensuring your products reach you safely and on time.  

Unsuccessful Delivery  

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the item will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-delivery for such orders.  

Damaged or Missing Shipments  

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic evidence.    
   
• Lost Packages: If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with our courier partner to verify the issue and provide a replacement or refund accordingly.
