You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or prior to shipment, whichever comes first.

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation is unavailable once the order has been sent out. However, you can initiate a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Currently, we do not allow changes to items or delivery addresses once an order is placed. If modifications are needed, you will need to cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new one.
